He clearly remembers: From the ivory tower to society, when he first joined the project department, it happened to be the beginning of the project. The work was very busy, and the day and night shifts were changed once a week. As a young and impetuous man, he was bound to aim too high. However, in his subsequent work, his colleagues and leaders remained on the front line and worked diligently. The clear division of responsibilities, good execution ability, and positive team atmosphere made him experience a completely different state from that in school. An experience of a minor accidental injury moved him deeply by the support of the company and his colleagues, and made him feel the warmth of the Jiangnan Management family.
The project director told him that only by being down-to-earth and learning the basics well could he go further. For instance, supervision records, although the most fundamental supervision materials, are an indispensable part of engineering supervision and an important carrier that reflects the value of supervision work. Therefore, every time he takes notes, he is extremely conscientious and strives to practice the working philosophy that "work should be responsible to the company and the owners, and create value for the owners through service". When working at the track engineering project department of the first phase of Xuzhou Metro Line 3, the project department, based on the progress of the construction, organized and carried out the "Jiangnan Lecture Hall" activity, organizing personnel to study the relevant track bed construction techniques and key points of supervision control, enabling him to combine theory with practice, master the relevant professional knowledge more quickly, and improve himself better.
Mr. Wang, the director of the project he is currently in, spoke highly of his learning ability when talking about him. Under guidance, through drawing explanations, on-site instructions, standard learning, and team sharing and communication, in just two months, Huang Qiaosheng mastered the key points of on-site operation and acceptance of track laying, reaching the level of a specialized track supervisor. During the construction of the ballast vibration isolation track bed base on the vehicle depot test line, the expansion joint formwork was not set up as required (it could not be rectified after being concealed). This small detail was promptly discovered by him and fed back to the project director, thus avoiding quality risks in the later stage. When on duty at night, I found that the running rails of the track-laying machine of the construction unit were not firmly fixed, posing a safety hazard. I promptly stopped the operation and reported it to the chief supervisor, thus preventing a safety accident.
He said, "The company can offer us a very good platform and employ people in a flexible way." I believe that as long as I am willing to work hard, I will be able to reach a higher height. Although I haven't been in Jiangnan for a long time, the knowledge I have gained and the growth I have made are rich. From the initial on-site supervision to now participating in the acceptance of the main project, issuing supervision notices, and reviewing construction plans, he has always been moving forward with his feet firmly on the ground. Work seriously and with principles, be willing to endure hardships without complaint, and take the initiative to work overtime. Actively integrate into the team and get along well with colleagues; Versatile, participating in corporate culture activities... He demonstrates the positive energy of the new generation of young people in Jiangnan who are diligent in their studies, proactive in their work and optimistic in their lives.
