When Lin Dingyu was a supervisor, during the most intense pile foundation construction stage of the life insurance company's project, he stood by the site for ten consecutive days. He was covered in mud on rainy days and dust on sunny days. The high-intensity work left him exhausted. But he didn't back down. He kept telling himself that the more he did, the more he could learn. With his outstanding performance in the Wenzhou Center project, he was recognized by the leaders of the client and the company, and was dispatched to the Xiushan Road Civil Air Defense (parking lot) Project department to serve as the chief representative.
When Lin Dingyu served as the representative director of the Xiushan Road Civil Air Defense (parking lot) civil air defense Project, in the face of a tight project schedule, heavy tasks, long working hours, significant on-site control challenges, and a large amount of coordination work, he took on the role of a "filter" for on-site problems - filtering them out in advance to effectively promote the normal progress of the project. At the same time, he meticulously recorded various on-site issues and summarized and concluded them. Make it into a PPT and share it with other colleagues in the project. We have strict requirements for the quality of the project. Whether it is the processing of the steel cage for the pile foundation or the pouring of the concrete for the pile foundation, every step is strictly controlled. If it does not meet the specification requirements, it is not allowed to proceed to the next process.
Now in the Future Community project, he has taken on the role of a mentor for new employees entering the engineering consulting industry. In response to the lack of on-site experience among newly recruited college students, Lin Dingyu taught them step by step how to complete on-site work and internal documentation, and quickly taught them how to master the key points of pile foundation construction. He took the initiative to share his work experience, discuss his growth path and insights at Jiangnan, and use his own personal experiences to teach new Jiangnan employees to be competent for their jobs more quickly.
"Gold will always shine." For many years, Lin Dingyu has been constantly learning and being meticulous. Whenever he had differences with the construction unit on technical issues, he would always rack his brains to look up materials, read drawing collections and compare with the standards to properly resolve the differences, which also enhanced his professional level and confidence. In 2019, he passed the national registered supervision engineer examination at one go. In 2020, the company's Future Community Research Center was established, and Lin Dingyu was selected into the future Community guidelines compilation team to participate in the compilation of future community service guidelines. Step by step, the once naive young man has now carved out a vast sky for himself and is freely galloping!
