There are three brand training camps, each inviting renowned teachers from the college to give famous lectures. At the invitation of the college, Li Jianjun, the chairman of the company, Qian Chijin, the general manager, Jin Guiming, the deputy general manager and the president of the college, Liu Zifu, the deputy general manager, and Zheng Dawei, the deputy chief engineer, all took to the stage one after another. Chief Consultant Training Camp - Building a high-quality Team of project leaders for the entire process of engineering consulting
On May 16th, the second phase of the Chief Consultant Training camp was launched in the first meeting room of the headquarters, with Li Jianjun, the chairman of the company, delivering the opening speech. General Manager Li expounded on the mission, vision and values of Jiangnan Management from two aspects: the transformation and development environment of the consulting industry and the development strategy of Jiangnan Management. This enabled the trainees to have a profound understanding of the background and significance of the chief Consultant training camp, establish a higher and broader professional development perspective and career outlook, and achieve resonance with the enterprise. General Manager Li sent a message to the trainees: Let learning become a habit, persevere, and each person become the source of power for the enterprise's reform and innovation as well as its forging ahead. After the opening remarks, the training camp welcomed four online live-streaming courses over two days. They were "Practice and Reflection on the Whole Process Engineering Consulting" by Chairman Li Jianjun, "Capacity Building of Chief Consultants" and "Practice and Exploration of EPC Model" by Vice President Jin Guiming, and "Team Building" by Deputy Chief Engineer Zheng Dawei. The four courses start from the two models of the entire process and EPC, focusing on enhancing the professional qualities of chief consultants and building team capabilities. Through methods such as cloud-based lectures, case studies, interactive Q&A sessions, group discussions, and summary outputs, the trainees were able to recognize, understand, and apply the course content. The classroom atmosphere was lively, interactive communication was active, and self-reflection was profound. The trainees benefited a lot from it.
Cornerstone Training Camp - Building the Reserve Force for Company Marketing
Following the opening of the chief consultant camp last weekend, the fifth Cornerstone Training camp kicked off on the morning of the 23rd, with the company's general manager, Qian Chijin, delivering the opening speech. General Qian emphasized that the establishment of the Cornerstone Training Camp by the company is a necessity of the industry trend of The Times and a key point for the company's strategic development. The trainees of this camp are mainly aimed at cultivating market managers with good market operation and development awareness and skills. We hope that everyone will follow the company's lead, temper themselves in the training camp, become the backbone of the company's market development, and lay a foundation for a broader development platform in the future.

After the opening remarks, the training camp moved on to the study of "The Positioning and Mission of a Marketing Manager" and "Brand Management" for marketing managers. Vice General Manager Liu Zifu, through the SWOT analysis of the industry and position, as well as the positioning and mission of the vanguard of heroes and warriors, enabled the trainees to clearly understand themselves and be clear about the ability requirements and development path of a market manager. General Manager Qian Chijin elaborated on four modules: the basic concepts of marketing management, the selection of target markets, the 5C of marketing research, and the 4P strategies of marketing. This enabled the trainees to understand the essence and purpose of marketing, grasp where the competitive advantages of an enterprise come from, and know which target markets we should choose and how to showcase our core advantages and value creation capabilities to customers. The one-day course includes both theoretical guidance and practical cases. After class, the trainees expressed their determination to constantly update their climbing heights and aspire to become chief marketing officers.

Evergreen Vine Training Camp - Cultivating New backbone Forces for Enterprise Development
On the morning of the 30th, the third session of the Evergreen Ivy Family Training Camp kicked off. The opening ceremony was held in the newly renovated training room of the college at the headquarters, with Jin Guiming, the dean of the college, delivering the opening speech. General Manager Jin pointed out that the purpose of the company setting up the Ivy League Training Camp is to implement the company's sustainable development strategy and talent priority strategy, and to vigorously cultivate and accelerate the development of young reserve forces with potential and a willingness to learn. The fact that leading cadres serve as mentors to pass on knowledge and experience reflects the concern and expectations of the company's leadership for the young people. We hope that everyone can make full use of the course design and the mentors provided by the training camp, study throughout the process, focus on problems, and continuously grow into key backbone talents of the company.

Subsequently, Mr. Jin delivered a problem-oriented "Professional Development" course to the trainees. What is professionalization? What is the difference between professionalization and vocationalization? What are the standards for talents in the new era? Why do some employees feel that they have done an excellent job but still fail to receive appreciation from their clients? ... The analysis of one problem after another enlightened the trainees, and the path to improving themselves gradually became clear. Regarding how to conduct career planning, the "Career Planning" course given by Deputy Chief Engineer Zheng Dawei has greatly inspired everyone. General Manager Zheng gradually advanced the course through four levels: the basic concepts of career planning, the business forms of project management, professional (job) competence, and personal career planning. This enabled the trainees to clearly understand the significance, methods, and paths to reach career planning, and encouraged them to grow throughout their lives with the words, "I am the source of everything."

From the 44-57 days of pre-camp study outside the camp to the 4 days of 8 classic courses and 3 stage training summaries inside the camp, the trainees all expressed that the training camp courses were both tight and wonderful, and they gained a lot.
