Jiangnan Management has won 11 awards in the Longtu Cup and BIM competitions in the construction industry

Recently, good news came from the China Graphics Society and the China Construction Enterprise Management Association. Several BIM projects of Jiangnan Management won the 9th Longtu Cup and the 1st BIM Award of the Construction Industry. Among them, "Advanced Construction Application of BIM for Super High-rise Buildings under Complex Construction Conditions of Shenzhen Radio and Television Financial Center" won the first prize in the construction group of Longtu Cup and the third prize in the BIM Competition of the Engineering Construction Industry.

The total building height of the Guangdian Finance Center project is 220 meters, with a total of 50 floors. The project covers an area of 10,810.95 square meters, with a building area of 230,718.95 square meters. It includes a five-story basement, a 10-story podium and a 50-story tower. After completion, it will be the core financial headquarters of Futian CBD and a customized international Grade A office building.
This project is positioned at a high level, involves multiple specialties, has complex mechanical and electrical systems and pipelines, a tight schedule, and high requirements for project quality and safety. Therefore, from the design and planning stage to the construction and operation and maintenance stage, BIM technology was applied throughout the entire process and across all specialties for analysis, optimization, and coordinated management.
Throughout the entire process of this project, the Jiangnan management team optimized the design drawings during the design stage through BIM application, saving a total of 1.236 million yuan in various costs. Through the comprehensive optimization of pipelines, the construction period was saved by 60 days, with direct and indirect economic benefits reaching approximately 1.1 million yuan or more, and the total project cost was reduced by 2.21 million yuan. During the construction phase, the project optimized the construction plan for the pre-burial of the casing in the super high-rise pipe well, saving 650,000 yuan in construction costs. This ensured the aesthetic appeal and verticality of the vertical pipe installation in the pipe well, laying a foundation for the project's subsequent participation in the Luban Award evaluation. At the same time, safety, quality, and progress were all effectively guaranteed. In addition, during the modeling and deepening process, a total of 126 drawing issues were identified. The BIM collaborative management platform assists in the daily management of projects. Currently, the cumulative number of recorded issues related to business approval, quality, safety, on-site coordination, etc., has reached 201. The collaborative and shared information communication mechanism established through BIM tracks the entire process from the initiation, handling to the completion of collaboration, thereby enhancing management efficiency. Based on the BIM model progress simulation and capital analysis, it guides the on-site material plan submission and assists in the preparation of business capital investment, significantly reducing the cost of capital and time.
Apart from the Guangdian Finance Center project, the company has also won awards in the Longtu Cup and the BIM Competition of the Construction Industry for several other projects.
