Recently, the Party Committee of our company participated in the "Welcome July 1st - Experience Exchange and Commendation Conference on Party Building Work" held by the Committee of the Hangzhou Association of Whole Process Engineering Consulting and Supervision of the Communist Party of China. Seven people from our company, namely Wang Junfei, Chai Chaoli, Dai Tianxin, Dang Lanying, Zeng Chuihai, Xu Taizong and Qian Yingyu, were awarded the title of "Outstanding Communist Party Member of 2018" by the Party Committee of the Association. Three people, Xu Chenglin, Wang Yangliu and Han Yutian, were awarded the title of "Outstanding Party Affairs Worker of 2018" by the Party Committee of the Association.
At the meeting, Comrade Zeng Chuihai, as a representative of the "Outstanding Communist Party Members of 2018", delivered a speech. He first expressed his gratitude to the Party organization for its trust and encouragement, and then shared his growth, gains and experiences as a grassroots Party member at Jiangnan Management. He said, "I have been with Jiangnan Management since I graduated in 2013. It has been six years now. I have experienced four projects. From knowing nothing when I first joined the company to gradually rising to the position of director representative, I would not have been able to do without the encouragement and motivation of the company. I am deeply grateful to Jiangnan Management for this platform." Jiangnan Management attaches great importance to learning and has a strong learning atmosphere. It not only has a professional ability training and learning system, but also provides training and learning for Party members, which has enabled my professional skills and Party spirit to grow rapidly. As a grassroots Party member on the front line of engineering construction, I have been standing at the forefront of the construction site for six years, playing a vanguard and exemplary role, and contributing with a sense of ownership. I have applied the professional knowledge I have learned to my work and shone brightly in my ordinary position. I feel proud and honored. On the road ahead of my life, I will surely strictly demand myself by the standards of an outstanding Communist Party member, remain true to my original aspiration and keep my mission firmly in mind, study diligently and work hard, and contribute my humble strength to seeking happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation.
Subsequently, Comrade Xu Chenglin delivered a speech as a representative of the "Outstanding Party Affairs Workers of 2018". He said that Party affairs work is a job worth persisting in and devoting to. For a part-time Party affairs worker, it is necessary to not only perform one's own job well but also undertake the work of the Party branch. The daily work is trivial and numerous. It is essential to carry forward the advanced nature and dedication of Party members, constantly enhance the awareness of the overall situation, and conscientiously do a good job in Party affairs. At the same time, he stated that against the backdrop of the company's vigorous transformation to engage in full-process engineering consulting, in accordance with the company's development strategy, it is necessary for Party affairs workers to continuously and proactively carry out these publicity tasks: On the one hand, at all levels of the Party building work, the company's transformation and upgrading development strategy is publicized and implemented, encouraging the majority of Party members to enhance their professional skills, change their mindset, and be well-prepared to engage in the business of full-process engineering consulting. On the other hand, it is required that all Party members take their job positions as the foundation, lead by example, and play a leading role as role models in transforming to engage in full-process engineering consulting, thus creating a strong atmosphere for the strategic transformation of the enterprise. Finally, he expressed his determination to redouble his efforts, keep up the good work, achieve even greater success and live up to the care and expectations of the Party organization.
All the participants expressed that they would learn from outstanding individuals and better play the role of the Party branch as a fighting fortress and the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members in the transformation, upgrading and innovative development of the engineering consulting and supervision industry.
As of today, the middle of the year has passed. Looking back on 2019, various Party building activities of Jiangnan Management have been carried out in full swing. For instance, in addition to conducting the "three meetings and One lesson" and "Study for a Strong Country" as required by the Party organization, the company's Party branch has actively carried out a series of "Party Building +" activities, organized exchange activities between project departments and branches to share experiences in Party building leadership, and actively organized and carried out the Safety Production Month activities, etc.
