The middle-level backbone team is an important part of the enterprise's talent echelon. This centralized teaching session adopted a combined teaching format. A total of 81 students from the two classes participated. The members were mainly middle-aged and young employees who had already made a name for themselves in the company's headquarters, various business divisions and branches, and project departments, and were capable of independently carrying out work in their respective positions and shouldering the mission of their posts. They were selected through self-application and review and assessment by the School of Management. After the training began, Mr. Li, the general manager of the company, gave the first lecture - "Practice and Reflection on the Whole Process Engineering Consulting". Starting from the opportunities and challenges of the engineering consulting industry in the new era, Mr. Li systematically expounded on the meaning, service scope and content, future development direction and challenges of the whole-process engineering consulting. Based on actual engineering cases, the course shared the achievements and insights gained from adopting the full-process engineering consulting service model. At the end, it put forward the ability requirements for the trainees present to transform into full-process engineering consulting, clarifying the direction and requirements for their future ability improvement.

In the second half of the training on that day, Jin Guiming, the deputy general manager of the company and the president of Jiangnan Management College, led the trainees on an exploration journey of "Corporate Culture". He pointed out that corporate culture, in simple terms, refers to all aspects that a company demonstrates in its daily operations.
