In order to actively cooperate with the company in doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, Jiangnan School of Management has been holding the "Daily One Lesson - Master Teacher Open Class" online training on Enterprise wechat since February 17th, from 14:00 to 17:00 every Monday to Friday, and has launched a variety of wonderful online courses. At exactly 2 p.m. on February 17th, the first open class of renowned teachers at Jiangnan School of Management officially began. The dean of the School of Management, Jin Guiming, will give a lecture on "Corporate Culture" of Jiangnan Management to all the staff. Jin Guiming, from the perspective of enhancing the comprehensive quality of employees and sharing work experience, shared 12 excellent cultural connotations of Jiangnan management with the majority of employees. The entire process of the online live lecture is recorded and accompanied by a post-class test, which is convenient for employees to further extract the essence of the course. A total of 2,733 people watched on the first day, and it received high praise from the majority of employees. In the post-class evaluations, they all expressed that the online training method was novel and up-to-date, and the course content was closely related to the actual work, and they benefited a lot from it.

At 2 p.m. on February 19th, Zheng Dawei, the vice president of the college, gave a lecture titled "From Engineering Supervision to Full-Process Engineering Consultation" to everyone. President Zheng, from the introduction of engineering supervision to the whole-process engineering consultation, and then to the qualities and abilities that employees need to possess during the transformation process, put forward suggestions and opinions on the career transformation and upgrading of the majority of employees, which is of great guiding significance.

On February 20th, Wu Huiqun, the vice president of the college and the general manager of the Science and Information Department, delivered a lecture on "The Application of Informatization in On-site Management". With the vigorous development of information technology, modern, information-based, refined and scientific engineering consulting methods have increasingly become an important means for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness. President Wu started from various typical projects and demonstrated to the employees the information-based management methods such as BIM technology, information technology and smart construction sites, allowing the majority of employees to appreciate the charm of new ways and methods of engineering consulting in the digital economy, inspiring their minds and looking to the future.

On February 21st, Hu Xinzan, the deputy general manager of the company and a professor-level senior engineer, delivered a presentation titled "Research and Practice of the Whole Process Engineering Consulting to Design and Technical Management" to the employees. The course, through the interpretation of relevant policies on the whole-process engineering consultation, combines the cases and experiences of Jiangnan Management's over ten years of practice in the whole-process engineering consultation, and conducts in-depth discussions on multiple aspects such as the evolution process of engineering consultation, service content and market analysis, enterprise capacity building practices, and engineering practice cases. It systematically and comprehensively expounds the management achievements and good social and economic benefits obtained from the implementation of the whole-process engineering consultation.

In response to the new situation of COVID-19 prevention and control, the college, adhering to the principle of "work stoppage but no suspension of learning", has formulated a training plan during the epidemic. By leveraging information technology to establish online classrooms and launching "one class a day" through live streaming, combined with "cloud tests" before and after classes, it has fully mobilized everyone's enthusiasm for learning and improved the coverage of training.
